Additional Charges

If hair extensions are required for your chosen hairstyle, they are available to buy through Lauren Wheeler Artistry at the following prices:

​

- £110 for 16-inch extensions;

- £130 for 18- to 20-inch extensions; or

- £150 for extensions that are longer than 20 inches.

Assistant Artist - £50 per artist

​

Evening change of looks/touch ups can be arrange upon request and a bespoke quote will be provided.

Any public transport, parking, toll charges or congestion charges incurred in connection with your booking will be added to the final invoice and must be covered by the client. Clients are required to advise in advance if complimentary parking is not available at the venue or parking restrictions apply, so that I can research costs beforehand. Any parking charges, toll charges, congestion charges, public transport incurred on the wedding day that were not previously disclosed will be invoiced after the event.

 In the event that a parking ticket or fine is issued due to incorrect or incomplete parking information provided by the client, the cost of this will be the client’s responsibility and will be invoiced accordingly.

A booking is based on getting ready at one single location only unless otherwise specified. A relocation fee of £50 will apply if needing to change locations, and requires a minimum of 45 mins to be factored into the schedule.

I take a £150 non-refundable deposit for bookings with Lauren which is deducted from the wedding day balance only. Easy peasy. Check out the Terms & Conditions for more.

 Bridal Party refers to bridesmaids, mothers, aunts, friends - any additional person other than the bride.
